{"id":1593,"date":"2018-02-19T21:08:14","date_gmt":"2018-02-19T20:08:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elrincondelaabuelavenezolana.com\/?p=1593"},"modified":"2019-03-10T20:34:35","modified_gmt":"2019-03-10T19:34:35","slug":"receta-para-hacer-tequenos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elrincondelaabuelavenezolana.com\/en\/receta-para-hacer-tequenos\/","title":{"rendered":"Receta para hacer Teque\u00f1os"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Los\u00a0teque\u00f1os\u00a0son los pasapalos venezolanos m\u00e1s famosos y queridos, son preparados con palitos de queso forrados en masa y fritos al momento de comerlos, son muy ricos y sencillos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a02 tazas de harina de trigo<\/li>\n<li>\u00a05 cucharadas de mantequilla<\/li>\n<li>1 huevo<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cucharadita de sal<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>5 cucharadas de agua fr\u00eda<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 kg. de queso blanco semiduro, cortado en tiras de 5x1x1 cm.<\/li>\n<li>Abundante aceite<\/li>\n<li>Papel absorbente<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Se dispone la harina en forma de corona sobre una mesa, tabla limpia seca. Se coloca en el centro la mantequilla y el huevo.<\/li>\n<li>Se mezclan la sal y el az\u00facar con el agua.<\/li>\n<li>Se amasa, agregando progresivamente el agua, hasta que se forme una mezcla suave, uniforme, que no se pegue a los dedos ni a la mesa.<\/li>\n<li>Se une toda en una bola.<\/li>\n<li>Se aplana la masa con un rodillo, hasta que quede como una tela de 1\/2 cm de grosor.<\/li>\n<li>Se corta la masa en tiritas de 1,5 cm. de ancho y y 15 cm de largo.<\/li>\n<li>Con las cintas de masa se enrollan los trocitos de queso, de extremo, asegur\u00e1ndose de que el queso quede bien cubierto.<\/li>\n<li>En un caldero con abundante aceite, se fr\u00eden los teque\u00f1os a fuego medio hasta que doren.<\/li>\n<li>Se retiran con una espumadera y se colocan sobre papel absorbente para eliminar el exceso de grasa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Consejos<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En lugar de tiras de masa, se pueden cortar cuadrados de 7 cm para envolver el queso (que se coloca en forma diagonal)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los\u00a0teque\u00f1os\u00a0son los pasapalos venezolanos m\u00e1s famosos y queridos, son preparados con palitos de queso forrados en masa y fritos al momento de comerlos, son muy ricos y sencillos. &nbsp;
