{"id":6967,"date":"2023-02-22T17:42:47","date_gmt":"2023-02-22T16:42:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elrincondelaabuelavenezolana.com\/?p=6967"},"modified":"2023-02-22T22:11:28","modified_gmt":"2023-02-22T21:11:28","slug":"receta-majarete","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elrincondelaabuelavenezolana.com\/en\/receta-majarete\/","title":{"rendered":"Receta MAJARETE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <strong>MAJARETE<\/strong> es uno de los dulces t\u00edpicos y antiguos de los postres Venezolanos, remonta su elaboraci\u00f3n en la \u00e9poca colonial, su textura es ligera y suave, es elaborado a base de coco, leche de coco y harina de ma\u00edz . <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>  Queremos compartir con ustedes la receta f\u00e1cil de elaboraci\u00f3n para 5 porciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:25px\"><strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#201e88\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Ingredients:<\/mark><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>300 gr de Leche de Coco<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 gr de Leche \/ vegano : Leche de coco o Leche de Avena<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125 gr de Papelon o Panela rallada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 trozo de cascara de lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><sup>1<\/sup>\/<sup>2<\/sup> cucharadita de Canela en polvo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/4 cucharadita de Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/8 cucharadita de clavos de olor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 gr de Coco rallado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>75 gr de Harina de Ma\u00edz Precocida.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#343770\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><em>Preparacion:<\/em><\/mark><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p> Colocar en una cacerola los dos tipos de leche, a\u00f1adir el az\u00facar, la cascar de lim\u00f3n, canela, sal y clavo de olor. Hervir a fuego lento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>    Espolvorear la harina poco a poco, remover poco a poco y lenta hasta que quede homog\u00e9nea la mezcla sin grumos, de ultimo colocar el coco rallado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>   Colocar en un molde la mezcla, dejar enfriar y luego espolvorear canela. Se sirve frio o caliente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<pre class=\"wp-block-verse\">Esperamos que lo disfrutes.
